The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, though a bit old and noisy with creaky sounds, did offer all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The service was friendly and helpful, but maintenance issues like unclean AC units were noticeable. The location was convenient, close to casinos and shops, but lacked pet-friendly amenities. The dining experience was surprisingly good, especially the B & G, but limited in options and a bit rigid. Overall, an okay stay considering the value for money.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room provided all the basics I needed, and it was clean and safe. However, the lack of towels was a bit inconvenient. The service was excellent, especially accommodating my request for a downstairs room and being friendly and helpful. The location, although a bit of a walk from the rooms, was helpful to access Laughlin Casinos. The dining experience, offering a decent breakfast, was a nice touch. The facilities were satisfactory, meeting my needs during my stay.

The location is very close to the casinos and rivers, making it convenient for exploring the area, but the area can be congested at times.
